Notes:
After "Stuck", Sam destroyed his bass due to technical difficulties and injured his hand in the process. Sam badly cut open his hand and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was X-rayed & received 10 stitches. The show was resumed after a nearly two hour intermission. During the intermission, the rest of the band were jamming & Fred Durst was talking with the audience.
